I've always appreciated the determination of Leggett & Platt to be the best and most innovative in the industry. We're considered partners and there's something to be said for the peace of mind in knowing you're working for American manufacturer that's in it for the long haul.
Leggett & Platt
Leggett & Platt manufactures innersprings in Missouri, Kentucky, Texas, Georgia, North Carolina, and Indiana.
Originally from Ohio, he moved from Indiana to Carthage, Missouri, 23 years ago when Leggett & Platt acquired the oil tempering lines on which he worked. Now, as Assistant Superintendent for the Carthage Wire Mill, Jeff oversees activities leading to the production of raw materials for Leggett & Platt products such as ComfortCore®, ActivEdge®, and many open coil innersprings.
His father-in-law worked for Leggett & Platt for more than 50 years.
When he isn’t producing hard-drawn, galvanized, or oil-tempered wire, Jeff enjoys hunting and working on the family farm.
When you partner with Leggett & Platt, you’re getting high-quality products made by men like Jeff in places like Carthage, Missouri.
ComfortCore® fabric-encased innersprings are comfortable, contouring, and durable. Our individually wrapped coils isolate motion transfer to minimize partner disturbance.
Our tempered-steel coil perimeter frames ComfortCore® innerspring units to deliver a durable, dynamic sleep surface all the way to the edge.
Open coil innersprings not only stay cool, they also use Active Support Technology to support the spine and contour to the individual curves of the body.
With new advancements in Fine Wire Technology, we've created micro-coils that bring comfort and durability closer to the surface. By placing tiny coils at the top of the sleep set, you're building mattresses proven to resist sagging and settling.
